TelerainMD is an affordable, convenient way to resolve routine medical conditions. With TelerainMD, you can access a doctor from your home, office, or on the go- 24/7/365 days. Our Board Certified doctors can visit with you either by phone or secure video to help treat any non-emergency medical conditions. Our doctors will diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medication, and send prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.

We have a family monthly plan that costs only $59.99 per month.
Apart from that there are no other consultation or prescription charges.
Your family can consult our doctor’s full month 24/7.
However, members can select a Single monthly plan also that costs $39.99 for individual person.

Members can talk to a doctor directly. Our doctors are licensed in internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics. A doctor may also provide guidance on the type of specialist a member should see.

The primary member and 6 immediate family members or household members will have access to consults

A prescription is not guaranteed. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. Doctors will submit your prescription directly to the pharmacy of the member’s choice. Doctors will never issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA and certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. These include, but are not limited to, antidepressant drugs such as Cymbalta, Prozac, Percocet, Oxycodone and Zoloft. Non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by network doctors.

TelerainMD does not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of the member’s choice.

Health records are kept private and secure in order to protect members’ personal information. Only members can determine who can see the information in their records.

Yes, you do need to create an account before you can speak to a doctor on Telerainmd. The account creation process is simple and takes just a few moments. We recommend you set up your account now so it’s ready when you need it. Once your account is created, you can use the website using the same username and password.

Yes, by dialing 858-437-5812 you can connect with care coordinator who can assist you with whatever it is you’re looking for, including enrollment, connecting with a doctor, or answering any technical support questions.

Children, under the age of 18, may be easily added to your TelerainMD.

Yes, during your visit just ask the doctor to write you a doctor’s note and you will get a secure message with the sick slip attached. This note is stored in your account under both secure messages and past visits. If you’re having trouble printing the note from mobile you can log in through the desktop version and print directly from there.

To keep health information private each adult must create their own account. Children under 18 may be added to their parents account.
