TeleRain MD is a white label partner of Telemedicine and is purely a marketing extension of the technology services. Telemedicine partners with other entities to resell the platform directly to consumers. Such partners may sell under the Telemedicine brand or “white label” the platform with their own branding. Telemedicine is a technology company that facilitates the delivery of health care services via Telemedicine. Our platform allows members to communicate with our network of doctors in a safe and HIPAA compliant environment via phone or video application. All operations are done in compliance with applicable laws. While our physicians can prescribe simple antibiotics or symptom relievers, doctors are prohibited from prescribing Schedule II or Schedule III medications. Telemedicine  is certified by LegitScript and can be verified at LegitScript.com. In short, neither Telemedicine nor its partners are a pharmacy and neither dispenses any drugs. Any prescriptions provided through the platform are written by the doctor providing Telemedicine services and sent to the member’s local pharmacy.

Telemedicinehas developed all the system technologies, including the interfaces to the technology systems provided by third party providers. Telemedicine, Inc. manages the data security for this site. All data is stored in encrypted format that meets standards defined by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). All data transfer is executed using similar standards that meet or exceed HIPAA, and no data is transferred to users that do not have specific data access keys.
